When a donor gives, GoodChange shows them a clear option to cover the processing fee — for example, adding $0.58 to a $15 donation so your campaign receives the full $15. 90% of GoodChange donors choose to cover the fee.
Are there monthly fees? ▾
Standard is free with no monthly fee. Growth is $25/mo and Professional is $75/mo — the monthly plan lowers your per-transaction rate, adds team seats, and unlocks faster payouts.
How quickly do I receive funds? ▾
Standard plans receive weekly ACH payouts. Growth plans can choose weekly or monthly. Professional plans can receive daily, weekly, or monthly payouts.
What does "spare change round-up" mean? ▾
Donors can connect their debit or credit card and round up everyday purchases to the nearest dollar, with the difference going to your campaign. It's passive giving that adds up over time.
Do you sell donor data? ▾
No. We will never sell, share, or monetize your donor data. It belongs to your campaign.
